Plastelíne

Plastelíne
August 3rd | CUPRA Museum

An androgynous subterranean being born of darkness and decay, is suddenly consumed by an inexplicable urge to explore the world above the one below. Follow this being as it embarks on a discovery of a new illuminated reality breaking away from the murkiness of its own creation. Its performance utilises the Greek language as its chosen form of phonetic expression, coalescing into one with live electronics and atmospheric synthesisers. The extra-dimensional music follows Plastelíne’s journey with vivacious sound design, incorporating sub-distorted elements, melodic lines, and polyphony, crafting an immersive sonic experience that captures the essence of its transformative quest. Plastelíne’s narrative transmutes into a mirror to reflect our own journey toward self-discovery and acceptance.
