Duru Duru started djing in 2006, playing music in bars in the centre of Thessaloniki. In her sets, she doesn’t like to constrain herself with any specific kinds of music and genre tags, instead she prefers to improvise according to the way she is feeling the audience, the space and the general mood. She often combines seemingly unincorporated styles of music.

As a musician she is a member of Johnny Carbonaras (psychedelic-surf-punk), with whom she tours in Europe playing the theremin. She is also a member of Super Stereo (alternative-indie rock), Tuflon (groove-cinematic-noise jazz), while she also plays with Anthi Kyrkou (weird pop-classical).
