Tamara van Esch gives voice to unknown stories that are hopeful, with both intimate and experimental sides. Indietronic-NL-pop with a calm voice and extraordinary use of instruments, with influences of My Brightest Diamond to Blur. The record “Tussen Lagen” with the double meaning “in between layers / layers in between”, is the result of a small research into the experiences of psychologically vulnerable people, for which lyrics and artwork were created with them. The music was written with artists from different genres, giving the record a wide, dynamic sound.
