It is best to purchase your tickets beforehand to avoid long-lines and discomfort. Day tickets are only usable on the written date on the ticket. Tickets cannot be returned or changed once purchased. For issues regarding online tickets, you can contact support@more.com, use the live chat, or call +357 22254657. Operating hours for more.com are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Camping
- Organised campsite will be available throughout the festival, located within the festival grounds. Limited spots available.
- Camping can only be secured by pre-purchasing a 3-Day + Camping Ticket. (Presale Only)
- Each camping ticket order secures a 2.5 x 2.5 meters camping spot suitable for one tent and 2 to 3 persons.
- Vehicles and camper vans are not permitted to enter the campsite.
- Only individuals with camping wristbands are permitted to enter the camping area.
- To set up your tent, you must enter the festival grounds by 16:30 at the latest.
- Toilets and showers will be provided
- Lighting fires is not permitted under any circumstances in the campsite.
- Between 9:00 and 16:30, the Carlsberg Beer Garden will offer a 25% discount on all alcoholic drinks.
- Alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food purchased from non-festival vendors are not allowed in the camping area.
- Light snacks such as crisps and biscuits are permitted in the camping area only.

Festival Wristbands
All festival ticket-holders must head to the festival’s Box Office upon arrival at the festival grounds. By presenting your electronic or printed ticket you will receive your own wristband which cannot be taken off on any of the three days of the festival. Entry to the festival’s stages will be forbidden to anyone not wearing a festival wristband. Entry will also be forbidden to any wristbands that look ripped or altered. Wristbands will only be available at the festival’s official Box Office and will not be given at any other location.

Cashless
All on-site payments will be carried out digitally using your phones, debit or credit cards - POS contactless payment methods will be the only acceptable form of payment.

Is admission free for children?
Admission is free for children born in 2013 or later. The child’s ID will be asked for proof of identification and must obtain their wristband which will only be available at the festival’s official Box Office. Entry to the festival’s stages will be forbidden to children not wearing a festival wristband.

Shuttle buses
Aiming for a car-free festival, you will be guided to park your vehicle at the designated parking areas from which you will be able to catch a shuttle bus to get to the festival grounds. Shuttle buses will run from 09:00 to 03:30 on all three days of the festival and from 09:00-14:00 for camping leavers on Sunday August 3rd. A staff member will be checking your tickets/wristbands while on the bus. If you do not own a festival ticket please be prepared to buy one while in the bus.

Parking Spaces
All drivers are asked to follow the parking crew’s instructions prior to parking their cars. Please respect the parking crew’s directions. As parking is limited, we kindly ask our visitors to carpool and drive to the festival in groups.

Free Potable Water
Free potable water will be available throughout the festival. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own empty reusable bottles or purchase one on-site. Please note that all bottles must be empty upon entry, and no plastic bottles will be served or sold during the festival. Let’s stay hydrated and help protect the environment together! No glass bottles will be allowed on site.

Accessibility Information for Individuals with Disabilities
- Parking: Reserved parking spaces are available exclusively for holders of valid disability parking cards. These individuals are not required to use general public parking areas or shuttle services. Directions to accessible parking will be provided via a Google Maps link.
- Accessibility Wristbands: Upon presentation of a valid accessibility card at the box office, individuals with disabilities will receive an accessibility wristband. This wristband allows health & safety staff and other authorized personnel to identify the wearer and provide priority access and assistance when needed.
- Wristband Validity: Accessibility wristbands are valid for the entire duration of the festival and must not be removed. One companion wristband will be issued per guest with a disability.
- Mobility Aids: Manual wheelchairs are available free of charge at the first aid station for individuals with disabilities who wish to use them.
- Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets, equipped with adequate space, grab bars, and clear signage, are located throughout the festival grounds. Health & safety staff will be stationed nearby at all times to provide keys and assistance as needed.
- Stage Accessibility: All festival stages are partially accessible to wheelchair users due to soil and uneven ground surfaces. Wheelchair users might require assistance from a companion to navigate these areas. Additionally throughout the festival grounds, health & safety personnel will be on hand to assist at any time.
- Camping Area: The camping area is partially accessible to wheelchair users, as the ground is soil and may be difficult to navigate independently. Assistance from a companion might be required. Please note that accessible showers will not be available in the camping area.
- Viewing Areas: Designated viewing and seating areas for individuals with disabilities will be clearly marked and reserved at all stages to ensure unobstructed views and comfort.
- Audio-Guided Tours: At the opening of each festival day, an audio-description tour will be provided to enhance accessibility for all attendees, including those with visual impairments.
- Sign Language Interpretation: Selected festival presentations will include sign language interpretation by qualified interpreters, in accordance with European Union guidelines, ensuring visibility, adequate lighting, and interpreter breaks.
- Personal Mobility Devices: Attendees with mobility disabilities are encouraged to bring and use their own mobility aids (wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers, canes). Charging facilities for motorized mobility devices will be available at the first aid station. Please bring chargers compatible with 230-volt circuits.
- Registration: No pre-registration for accessibility services is required; all services and wristbands are provided onsite at locations clearly marked on the festival grounds.
- Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations.

Anti-Harassment Policy
Louvana Records, organisers of Fengaros Festival, Fengaros Reacts, Fengaros High and Fengaros Music Village believes everyone should feel safe during the festivities. We will help maintain this by not tolerating harmful behaviors, which may include non-consensual touching or verbal harassment. If a participant chooses to break these policies, they may be removed from the festival grounds and/or workshops and/or be banned from attending in the future. Pets
Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash, and as long as the owners pick up after their pets' droppings. Please keep in mind that high volumes such as large crowds and concert speakers are very harmful for your pet. There will be pet bowls at the Carlsberg Beer Garden with water available for them throughout the festival.

Food & Drinks
There will be plenty of food and drink options at the festival grounds provided by professional and certified caterers. Vegetarian and vegan meal choices, delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be on sale at very low prices.

Fengaros Collectible Cup
As part of our environmental policy, single-use plastic cups will not be available. Instead, you can purchase the reusable Fengaros Official Cup to use throughout the festival for €2. The cup may be returned to be exchanged for other products from the festival bars. A maximum of two cups can be returned at any given time.

Recycling
The festival will provide recycling bins at multiple spots across the festival grounds. Please read and follow the signs as to what can be thrown away and recycled.

Will there be seating at the festival’s stages?
A number of seats are available through the festival grounds. You can bring your own seats, pillows, seating mats etc.

What am I allowed to bring into the festival?
It is strictly forbidden to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, food, glass bottles or other dangerous/flammable items inside the festival area. Any individuals under the influence of alcohol/drugs will also be denied entrance.

Official Festival Shop
We will be setting up an official Festival Shop where you will be able to purchase various festival memorabilia, artist merchandise and several other items.

Lost & Found Items
The festival will keep a Lost & Found box at the official Festival Shop. If you lose anything, be sure to check the Lost & Found box prior to your departure from the festival. If, on the other hand, you find something, please take it to the same place. Items will be kept until September 3rd. Anything remaining past that date will be donated to charity.

Accommodation
There are various accommodation options to rent in the area.

First Aid
A doctor and a first aid team will be available between 17:00 - 03:00 at the first aid station. 

Emergency Contacts
Contact the staff or any of the security staff in the case of an emergency.

Safety Staff
Fengaros Festival security and safety staff will be on site. They have the right to monitor all of the above.
